Founders use it to apply for HMRC Advance Assurance, manage their cap table, run funding rounds, and administer EMI option schemes without paying lawyers for routine paperwork. SEIS and EIS Advance Assurance Undo acts as a named HMRC agent and submits Advance Assurance applications on behalf of founders. The platform validates eligibility against HMRC venture capital scheme rules, flags disqualifying conditions before submission, and generates the business description in plain language HMRC caseworkers expect. Applications go out complete, first time. Cap Table Management Shareholders, directors, employees, and advisors are tracked in a single auditable ledger. Every allotment, transfer, and option grant is recorded as an immutable event, so the cap table is always correct and always ready to share with investors. Funding Round Compliance Undo supports priced equity rounds (SEIS, EIS, combined, or non-scheme) and Advanced Subscription Agreements. The platform keeps everything in one place and makes it much easier to stay organised as the company grows. The biggest value for us has been the support around SEIS Advance Assurance application. Having documents, data room and application process managed within the same platform saves a lot of time and reduces back and forth. The team has also been very responsive whenever we've needed help or had questions. **What do you dislike about Undo Capital?** Nothing that's been a blocker for us. Although they promised to roll out AI co-pilot in future, which would be great. **What problems is Undo Capital solving and how is that benefiting you?** Undo Capital has replaced a lot of manual work and spreadsheets. We use it to manage our cap table, option pool, data room and funding rounds, and it's made the whole process more straightforward. It saves a huge amount of time not jumping between tools. It's also genuinely intuitive, which matters more than people admit - no fighting the interface. And it looks properly professional, which you notice when you're sharing it with investors. Mine were impressed by the platform. **What do you dislike about Undo Capital?** Honestly. Can't wait for the next features, especially the AI ones. **What problems is Undo Capital solving and how is that benefiting you?** Raising a pre-seed means juggling a data room, a cap table, and SEIS/EIS assurance - normally across three different tools, or worse, spreadsheets and email. Undo Capital puts all of it in one place. We got our SEIS/EIS advance assurance through them and it was straightforward. Same platform then runs the data room we share with investors, so everything sits together instead of scattered. The benefit is time and focus. I'm not managing tools, I'm running the raise - and when investors open it, it looks professional, which matters more than you'd think at this stage. ### 3.
