One thing that doesn't work as well for me in Umbraco is the "copy to all languages with content" feature. When content is created in one language, I need the format and item structure to be easily copied to other languages, and this feature could be improved to better support that task. The UI is not fully consistent, which can be annoying since some actions can be done using the keyboard, but then in the same workflow, there'll be steps that can't. Plus, some notifications block the UI buttons, which is frustrating. Errors in Umbraco are also pretty cryptic and not very helpful, so fixing problems becomes more challenging. On another note, we've had ongoing issues with using usync for scheduling between a staging and production server, which kind of makes scheduling pointless. It's also hard to preview changes without saving or publishing them, which unnecessarily fills up the logs. Comparing different versions is not user-friendly since we have to decipher JSON files, which is confusing for editors. Permissions, too, could be better organized. Overall, the interface needs a bit more consistency. Every feature should have keyboard shortcuts that work everywhere. It would be nice if usync worked with scheduling too. Also, updates like easier page previewing, intuitive change reversals, and a forensic tool to review changes by a person or timeframe would really improve usability. I use Umbraco to update content on our healthcare website and for front-end development. It allows us to update the website quickly and delegate editing rights to the wider teams at the company. I like the delivery API; it provides a structured JSON response that works well for headless development. One suggestion from my side is to provide a secret key (or similar option) to set up a draft version of content in a headless setup. I think the UI is really intuitive, it didn't take me too long to understand how to make changes. I like the navigation structure, it's easy to find the webpages I need.
