There is hardly any setup time needed, it just connects to our drives and we're good to go. The information it gives on documents you find is more than we could have put in manually with tagging. **What do you dislike about uman.ai?** The system gets you a view on everything on your drives. Also the documents you rather wanted to keep hidden or are outdated. It is very MS Office centered. It will find & offer Google docs but you cannot edit them (yet). **What problems is uman.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a tool that helps our sales and consultants to quickly find back the right information with a simple question or keywords. After using it for some time, it feels like the AI did an amaing job in bringing us jst what we need, when we need it. It relives the burden on pre-sales and marketing people who get the same questions for informatio on a regular basis. ### 2. I also love that it's so easy to use--it took me less than five minutes to get started with my first task! **What do you dislike about uman.ai?** The more we use the product, the more cool features we’re wishing for, but the development team seems a bit overwhelmed sometimes. But they’re catching up soon. **What problems is uman.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been recommending it to all my colleagues who are still struggling with outdated documents or are searching themselves to death! We even started using it outside of the sales team! So far it’s a real life-saver when it comes to our productivity here. ### 3. After initial setup it when superfast however. **What problems is uman.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our document drives have been a mess for years, but it would take us too much time to clean it up manually. The tool does an excellent job of finding exactly what I need quickly.
