  ### 1. Good support, communication, and insight. Need to work on transparency and an "owners manual"

**Describe the project or task UHY Advisors helped with:**

UHY initially set-up our Host software and took the lead on designing templates and Spotlight reporting.  They partnered w/our IT and Accounting Depts regarding account hierarchy, data integration, and reporting. Then, they taught us somethings about using the software as well as Spotlight. They didn't provide any copies of their presentations, a workbook, links to videos....nothing. So, I wasn't a fan of that. This is software and like anything else techie that I buy, I would appreciate a quick-guide on how to perform common functions in a concise 1-2-3 fashion. The alternative is the online Host help library which doesn't contain quick answers. It's "let us explain how all the wheels turn" and then the answer is buried in 6 pages of text

**What do you like best about UHY Advisors?**

Debbie Lewis is pretty awesome. Knows the software very well (note: she doesn't consult on Spotlight), is approachable, smart, intuitive, and thinks outside the box. 

**What do you dislike about UHY Advisors?**

The Spotlight training was lackluster and focused more on how that capability was built as an add-on vs how to actually use it successfully. We've gotten more useful information from doing phonecalls w/our Host support guy + collaborating w/folks we met at the annual Conference

**Recommendations to others considering UHY Advisors:**

Push them to share their presentations, materials, notes, etc so you can transition into self-service with your software

**What problems is UHY Advisors solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were doing all of our planning within MS Excel using heavy formulas - which worked. However, Excel crashed quite a bit due to the size, the Group Share feature is mediocre for tracking changes, and we didn't have the ability to farm our data for analytics - - because it's stuck in a multiple workbooks and files. And don't get me started on tracking notes in MS Excel....not good
