**What do you like best about KeenVision?**

What I appreciate most about KeenVision is their deep understanding of client needs. Beyond the standard reports like the three financial statements, they’ve shown exceptional flexibility and expertise in building customized reports tailored to our unique requirements. Even when our requests change mid-process, they’re quick to adapt and adjust the plan without missing a beat. Their ability to accommodate evolving needs while still delivering high-quality work is truly impressive.

**What do you dislike about KeenVision?**

At times, when the team gets busy, there can be delays in response time or in completing certain tasks. While the quality of their work remains high, we’ve experienced occasional slowdowns during peak periods. That said, they’re always communicative and do their best to keep us updated, which helps maintain trust and transparency.

**Recommendations to others considering KeenVision:**

Set clear expectations from the start and don’t be shy about voicing your needs—KeenVision is excellent at communication and truly wants to understand what success looks like for you. The more specific and upfront you are, the better they can tailor their support. They’re great partners when you actively engage with them.

**What problems is KeenVision solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KeenVision has been instrumental in helping us successfully implement Planful. They guided us through a smooth and efficient process, ensuring every step was tailored to our organization’s specific needs. Their team is highly responsive and easy to reach, always taking the time to understand our goals and challenges. The training sessions they provided were incredibly detailed and hands-on, empowering us to build a variety of reports that directly support our business needs. Thanks to their expertise and support, we've been able to streamline our planning and reporting processes significantly.
