**What do you like best about uContact?**

How intuitive it is, the autonomy it provides to the administrator user as well as the independence to carry out strategies, whether dialing or management. A very collaborative tool that allows for online tracking.

**What do you dislike about uContact?**

It is a very comprehensive tool for the current needs of the Contact Center sector in Peru. At the moment, I don't find any aspect of the tool that I dislike.

It allowed clients to improve their business continuity during this pandemic by providing them with an online control tool, monitoring, and motivation for their operational force.

As a platform the feedback with the user friendly and very intuitive. From the company the great support you can have with them to grow or improve always willing to help.

We do not have a subject that we dislike or do not like, the relationship is always effective

**What problems is uContact solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved a lot of scalability and ease of growth by interacting with the platform.

This does not give a push to make the tool much more productive.

The statistics, that has reports and that records the calls

That they do not have a reporting manual and that abandoned calls if an agent has already answered it, continue to appear in the report.

Control of incoming and outgoing calls, agents' operating time, reports of monthly calls, have recording or record of the attention in the call.

I like that the system is intuitive, they are always being modernized, the screens are friendly, and the support excellent.

**What do you dislike about uContact?**

At the moment I have nothing to say that I do not like, when I need your contribution they were always helping me and ensuring the continuity of the system.

At the beginning of the pandemic we had to migrate the entire system to the cloud, in a week I had all the commercial staff working, all the initial errors were quickly solved.

It is a platform that solves the omnichannel communication, very intuitive, not only for the agents but also for the supervisors when managing the service.

**What do you dislike about uContact?**

I don't currently have a feature that I dislike.

In the incoming customer service, I solve the tracing of incoming contacts by different platforms (Telephone, mail chat). In outgoing management services, they have good automatic dialer solutions that improve efficiency.

The fact that is a very stable system, we have almost 100% up time and that is friendly for users to use, also the dashboard in real time are very usefull.

What I like is that you can quickly find the client's number to call, as it automatically turns green once they are contacted. Also, that you can see the last date of payments made.

**What do you dislike about uContact?**

It freezes a lot when loading the accounts to call in predictive mode.

The problem I solve is the contactability of clients. The benefits it has are that by being able to load more data (such as emails, phone numbers, addresses), there is a greater possibility of locating the clients.

One of the advantages is the information I get from the advisors. I can perform better tracking of their tasks (number of calls, schedules, etc.) and schedule reports automatically. I can have all the information I need in a single application.

Usually there are always server complications and the system slows down

The benefits that calls can be anywhere. Having a good internet service shows that there are no delays, although sometimes there are certain people who do not listen even though one has the best audio.

**What do you like best about uContact?**

After doing a very lengthy research and several RFPs we ended up with Integra and its U Contac Solution, it’s extremely complete I wanted a CRM (which is adaptable to our needs) several channels (Chat, E-mail, telephone and eventually social media) also the ability to adapt it and flexible solutions, it meets all. In addition it has the best price in the market product-features. 
I have been working in the industry for over 15 years and I must say the setup and transition was smooth and really supportive, as any setup there are minor glitches and adjustments that come up, however they were quickly corrected or adapted to our needs, best product you can have for your call center.

Make sure you know exactly what you need and dont switch too much, this is mainly because it can be greatly tailored from the beggining, although the service is really quick you will save time.

Customer service, tech support, and billing issues. It’s very easy to contact us and handle several interactions at the same time.

Thanks to uContact we were able to increase dramatically our collection rate. It is super easy to use and offers all the possible dialers so you can choose the one that suits your campaigns best.
uContact is prepared to manage a massive amounts of call volume, with good quality and quick response. 

Different strategies helps you keep the abandon rate low and the calls flow running properly. It allows us to pull recorded calls for audit and quality control. Their measurements features for quality control are great and easy to use.

We have no complaint of the solution,  the company always provided us with the solution to the issues raised

Super efficient for supervising and managing your call center. They offer dashboards with real time data, recordings of every channel interaction, listen to calls, dialer monitoring with live feed, agents performance measurements, live coaching for sales day, and many others that makes an easy task when needing to be on top of your call center performance.
