It is almost impossible to pronounce! **Recommendations to others considering Twproject:** Being a very complete tool, with a lot of features, you have to start focusing on solving one problem at the time. Our problem to solve was to have a single place to check easily all open tasks so we started simply inserting projects with their structures, then, when we got familiar, we started inserting assignments, planning hours and timesheet. We manage our production team's WIP alongside the SCRUM development we do. And most importantly we capture and codify all of our core business processes in the same environment we manage our projects. TWProject enables/facilitates everything we do. **What do you dislike about Twproject?** Up untile recently, we might have reported a slightly difficult/hard to change process configuration, but now with the new "Templates" feature, even the process functions are great. **Recommendations to others considering Twproject:** Be aware that you can start with one simple pilot project, then grow from there to enterprise-wide operation ((think walk, before running). And though you can start small, there IS an immediate requirement for your ENTIRE team to participate/learn the basics (this is NOT a project management software for a project manager's use apart from the work, rather this is an in-line to the work/operations platform that everyone logs into in realtime and is coordinated by the system as a whole). For some, this may start out a bit unusual, but since everyone benefits right away, this has been a quick and fairly easy adjustment for us. **What problems is Twproject solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can simply get more done using TWProject than we can without the work management platform. I am able to compare the performance, then optimize /manage the primary projects and production work directly within our operations.
