TWIPLA adds a whole new level of analytics to my website. The heat maps and screen recording is next level. I now can understand more how my customers are interacting with my website and what areas do best and what areas could use improvement. Overall a solid app and the surveys and polls is an added bonus I didn't expect! I previously had been looking all over for an app for doing a survey and there wasn't anything very good.
