We use Twilio for automated whatsapp notifications that send both prescriptions and medical orders to patients and scheduled appointment reports to doctors from our cloud telehealth platform. I've used the Twilio SDK to set up call alerts to notify when any of the services are down. For alerts, real-time communication notification is important and Twilio does that job superbly. They provide was with a fixed phone number that can help prevent alerts from being flagged as spam. Unfortunately, Twilio's customer support has gone radio silent, and we've been waiting for over 2 months for a resolution to the problem.
