A lot of things. Setting up campaigns is very confusing, you're limited in what changes you can make after setting the campaign live (no way to change timing between emails, for example), there is no preview of 'this is how many emails will be sent in this campaign'. Contact / list management is bad - the and/or statements to include/exclude certain customers do not work the way you expect them to work - be ready to have to recreate the same list multiple times. Overall, you are required to spend hours to understand how the platform works to not make mistakes. The documentation is borderline useless.
