Also, they include few useful deliverability metrics -- spam reports are misleading because they don't include gmail (which should be a reminder), and there are no integrated inbox deliverability monitoring tools -- the delivered statistic is not useful for getting a read on what percentage of emails are actually going to inbox, only what percentage of emails aren't bouncing back.
