**What do you like best about TurnKey Odoo?**

The best thing about Odoo ERP system is centralised data, Enhanced purchase management and robust management.
It is open-source, highly secure, easy to integrate with other products and tools.
Main features of Odoo like ability to intelligently and efficiently manage leads, opportunities, tasks, issues, requests, bugs, campaigns, and claims.

**What do you dislike about TurnKey Odoo?**

It has very complicated setup structure, it really need to make user friendly or simple to setup.
It has lack unlimited support, sometimes it takes long time for version upgrade.

Hosting assistance is another limitation.

**What problems is TurnKey Odoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Query resolution from different sources.
- E-commerce applications leads, warehouse project management.
- customer relations management gets very easy.
- accounts and billing management for finance team is gets very easy.
