**What do you like best about Turf?**

Turf is easy to use with a feature-rich UI and is backed by an amazing team working tirelessly in the background. Any glitches or issues are actively triaged and resolved by the team. The initial setup was smooth, and Tim from Turf provided excellent support throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about Turf?**

There have been issues with course content management in the past, but the team at Turf has been very hands-on in resolving and fixing them as they come.

**What problems is Turf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turf keeps all our knowledge articles and community interactions in one place, helps handle privacy concerns with channel locking, and tracks community engagement with the moderator dashboard.

We have really liked that Turf is specialized in software communities and that it has the capacity to grow with us. We also appreciate its openness to co-creation.

**What do you dislike about Turf?**

I have encountered some features or processes that are not fully developed, but they have always had a very proactive attitude towards improvement.

**What problems is Turf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Turf, we centralize programs, processes, and conversations, reducing the operational burden. Professionalize the management of B2C partners, it allows us to measure the real impact, and organize our previously scattered conversations on social networks, helping us amplify the product's voice.

**What do you like best about Turf?**

I find Turf really easy to use and set up, and I love how customizable it is. It has some really great features, including forums and ways to come up with ideas. The ability to create gamification and badges, along with other features, makes the software wonderful.

The only addition tha would be good would be more interaction between community members.

**What problems is Turf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turf brings my community together and structures feedback and insights, helping improve my app in development.

Turf has been an excellent solution for managing our forum, knowledge base, and training courses, and it also handles customer communication well. The team at Turf has been incredibly responsive and helpful with any issues that have come up, resolving them quickly and consistently exceeding my expectations.

**What do you dislike about Turf?**

There have been very few things I’ve disliked about Turf. Occasionally, an issue or functionality concern comes up, but the team at Turf always resolves it quickly and effectively, and they keep me updated throughout the process.

**What problems is Turf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowledge base management, training courses, a community forum, and an in-app widget.

**What do you like best about Turf?**

It is a very easy to use tool and has various features. It provides unique data for increased reach and we at our organization use it very frequently.

**What do you dislike about Turf?**

They can be a little more help with the customer service else everything is satisfying.

**What problems is Turf solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turf helps us with analyzing the data that we provide to check that the data has the least duplicates and the data is unique to us. We use it for our community management as well as to create any Questionnaires if required.
