I dislike that TurboTenant doesn't offer a way to collect rent weekly. I have to create one-time payments instead. Also, it would be nice if there was a separate email login for a property manager. Currently, I have to give out my landlord login information, which isn't a good practice if the same password is used for different accounts. Sometimes when I log in, the cookies still have the information from the other account, which is a little irritating. I find it inconvenient that when I get an alert that someone has messaged me through TurboTenant, I have to receive it via email and then log in to the app to view it.
