I use TurboTenant to manage my rental property more efficiently, all in one place. I really like how easy and convenient it is to use. The all-in-one platform makes listing properties, screening tenants, collecting rent, and managing documents simple and organized. I appreciate the tenant screening feature because it's quick and reliable, and online rent collection helps ensure on-time payments. The setup is straightforward, and the dashboard makes it easy to track applications, payments, and documents in one place. I like that it automates many routine tasks and sends helpful notifications, which reduces manual follow-ups and keeps everything running smoothly. TurboTenant makes self-managing rentals feel professional without being complicated. The initial setup was very easy, everything is clearly laid out, so getting started didn't take much time at all. It's a great value overall, especially for independent landlords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some advanced features and customization options are limited compared to more expensive property management platforms. Reporting and analytics could be more detailed, and it would be helpful to have a bit more flexibility in lease templates and settings. However, these are minor trade-offs considering the platform's ease of use and affordability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like TurboTenant because it allows me to manage my tenants for all of my properties, message them directly, and draft leases easily. I can also handle esignatures for myself and the tenants, manage maintenance requests, and it gives me an overall professional appearance as a landlord by having everything under one platform. It's made my business easier through automation and has elevated my professionalism as a landlord. I appreciate being able to collect my rent, reduce bank fees and costs, and make it easy for my tenants to pay their rent and apply to properties, all in one platform. The setup was easy, and I could find answers to my questions online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that sometimes when I call TurboTenant, no one picks up the phone, or there's a delayed waiting time for me as a landlord. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am able to accept payments from tenants electronically and track them easily. There is a fee free option for tenants to make electronic payments, late fees are automatically applied when applicable and I can clearly see any tenant's payment history. I also really like the chat feature for basic communication or maintenance requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TurboTenant is improving its software pretty quickly, but there are some issues still needing to be addressed. For example, I wish that group text chains back and forth to every tenant in a unit was possible and I wish that there was more functionality with needing to require all other fees to be paid before rent each month since the late fee is only attached to the rent payment and not to other fees. TurboTenant has significantly simplified the process of managing my rental properties. I really appreciate having everything organized in one place, from tenant screening to rent collection, which helps reduce much of the stress that comes with being a landlord. The app itself is fantastic and extremely convenient for use on the go - I actually rely on it almost exclusively. Its interface is very straightforward, which is a relief since property management can already be quite complicated. Additionally, the communication tools make it easy to keep up with tenants without having to juggle between emails and texts. All in all, it genuinely feels like TurboTenant was designed with real landlords in mind, and I value that a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having everything centralized in one place has been a game changer for me. From marketing and tenant screening to lease creation, maintenance requests, and onboarding, every aspect of rental management is covered in a single platform. What I find most helpful right now is the online payment options and maintenance requests. Big upgrade from tracking with spreadsheets! Additionally, having all messages organized in one place ensures that no communication gets lost through texts or phone calls. For self-managing landlords, TurboTenant offers nothing but advantages. I wish I had started using it when I got my first property! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Transitioning from having no systems or automation and relying on waiting for checks in the mail, I find it difficult to identify any real drawbacks to Turbo Tenant right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support is generally helpful, through response times can be hit or miss depending on what’s going on. Also if you’re a larger landloard, you may eventually find that the platform doesn’t quite scale enough for you needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
