"Great Experience - Brings our AP Departments to a new level"

What do you like best about Tungsten TotalAgility?

The product is great. We're able to process things so much faster and in an accurate manner. Our team loves it because they've transformed from data entry clerks to validating data. We've been able to see a reduction in errors and data is available much sooner. Before moving to Kofax we were processing 10k-15k invoices manually each month. Now we are able to push invoices through the approval process and into the accounting software faster while also being more accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tungsten TotalAgility?

The user interface could be improved. It accomplishes the tasks necessary but can seem a bit outdated at times. If the user interface was given a facelift and improved, I would give Kofax TA a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kofax Total Agility has complete intelligence automation from document intelligence, connected system, and process orchestration. Their integrated platform and package as one web platform. This is unique to the KTA (Kofax Total Agility). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are not many resources available online in terms of Kofax Total Agility. This would limit the possibility of extending the KTA functionality when we don't know the way on how to customise the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To streamline customer business process where there is a transformation from hardcopy to digital copy. For example on the project that I did: To help customers process 1000 delivery order/day, the system will intelligently extract the DO information to be seeded to KTA for validation. Once validated business users will trigger the RPA process to automate their ERP system. Kofax has many benefits like customer service is good, can quickly secure data, is reliable, scalable. Issues: Updating Citrix can have an impact on some automation to stop. Kofax Totalagility seems to provide an end-to-end solution for making some key business processes efficient. An example of that would be the incoming invoices for a client where there are lots of unorganized data, which Kofax helps read and classify in an efficient manner. What do you like best about Tungsten TotalAgility?

Ease of use. The drag and drop process and form building is easy to pick up on and makes making any adjustments relatively painless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tungsten TotalAgility?

The Scanning form could be more user-friendly; the icons on the Scan Create New Job and Scan Forms are quite small, Kofax Capture had a relatively good, albeit dated UI, I'd suggest perhaps moving to something more in line with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tungsten TotalAgility solving and how is that benefiting you?

Excessive processing times, beforehand, it would take a considerable amount of time for users to index and then email documents out on their previous scanning software, with KTA this process has been almost entirely automated, with some more online learning and some improvements to our internal databases I'd expect to see further improvement.
