I am very proud to work on software like KTA that can deliver any system in best practice and short time, KOFAX as a company has one platform that have all technologies like OCR, BPM, RPA, analytics and E-Signature all these components integrated together smoothly under KTA umbrella.

So you can develop and deliver one system within all needful functionality from BPM till integration with other system in one suitable and fast system.

I recommend this software for all companies to get one software that have all capability.

1. Create a license/software to help small organisations.

2. Create one group that control by KOFAX company for they specialist 6o know each other and share they problems, idea and suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many cases we solved by KTA like:

1. Create correspondence system for one government.

This allows government to share documents between all it ministries and ministries branches in shot time, without cost and high secured depending on user privilages.

2. Achive paperless for one of County.

This allow employees to retrieve to search and review resident profile in second. This save alot of time, cost and increase the employee and customer happiness.

What do you like best about Tungsten TotalAgility?

Kofax Total Agility enabled my team and me to deliver automation solutions faster than before. The features available in Kofax Total Agility allow us to integrate technology into our Standard Operational Procedure seamlessly.

For example, we reduced the IT support ticket required significantly by integrating end-user requests with Kofax Total Agility by having it do the support automatically for the IT team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tungsten TotalAgility?

The issue that we faced when using Kofax Total Agility was more to fulfill our wants instead of needs. If Kofax Total Agility allows us to re-layout the user's graphical user interface, but if it can provide a typical nice-looking layout for end-users, it will be beneficial.

We have so many menial tasks in IT Service/Support, causing so many resources deployed for support. By implementing the Kofax Total Agility, users only need to send an email to the Kofax Total Agility dedicated email, and the support will be handled by the system automatically.
