It's integration with outside data sources, powerful form design tools, and document cleanup and transformation tools are second to none in the market. **What do you dislike about Tungsten TotalAgility?** The platform is relatively new to the domestic US market and has some growing pains when it comes to a user community and documentation aspect. With the release of TotalAgility 7.3 recently many small glaring issues have been resolved and the platform has become much more stable with great new extraction features making it ready, in my opinion, for recommending to customers on a much larger scale. **Recommendations to others considering Tungsten TotalAgility:** Purchase the CBTs and attend a Lexmark Transform event if you are wanting to take full advantage of the tools and features of this product. **What problems is Tungsten TotalAgility solving and how is that benefiting you?** Document intake and workflow management along with document lifecycles. This product is geared towards banking, insurance, and health care industries but can be used in almost any environment as most companies have bills to pay and customers. ### 3. It’s easy to use and very effective. **What do you dislike about Tungsten TotalAgility?** The one thing I dislike is that you can only scan 100 pages at a time before you have to clear your images. **Recommendations to others considering Tungsten TotalAgility:** If you want a system to help you scan and save documents electronically, then it is my opnion that this is the software for that. **What problems is Tungsten TotalAgility solving and how is that benefiting you?** Working in the accounting department of my company, we have thousands of pages to scan and electronically file a month of financial documents. This system makes that process quick and simple. ### 5. I would prefer the maximum limit to be more toward 150 or 200 pages at once. **Recommendations to others considering Tungsten TotalAgility:** Kofax is easy to use and quick to learn.
