I found the UI/UX of TrustMate.io to be quite challenging to navigate and understand. There doesn't seem to be a clear flow or intuitive layout, making it difficult for me to figure out where to start or what steps to take next. The lack of comprehensive video tutorials or guides compounded my confusion, as the existing videos are brief, sometimes lack voiceovers, and don't always reflect the current version of the product. It integrates with Shopify. That was the main use case as we have been paying so much money monthly for the competitor and we had to find out a cheaper option. Trustmate does the job for 50% less cost we have been paying for.it also integrates with Google and FB so you can pull out reviews from these platforms as well which is handy. 100% UX and UI and they also could integrate with more review platforms so you will be able to pull out reviews and publish them in once.UX/UI could be improved and it's not that polished as it should especially for an app that has been on the market for a long time. Speed of collecting high quality reviews, that are long, thematic and full of keywords thanks to the built in CLICKABLE HINT system. Worth noticing is that I can define dictionaries with these hints, and adapt them to my industry, and the way that people talk about my products. There is no other tool on the market that can offer this. It is revolutionary idea. Adding a lot of worthy UGC to my site everyday.
