I am not sure how to leverage them to their fullest potential. I know that everything starts with an email to their support desk, but having a contact assigned to me would be nice.
The portal had to be explained to us to use it, and there are some things to be aware of: It's too easy to change our licensing position making the chance of making a mistake very high. They do not support multiple accounts for the same business. I have to share credentials to delegate purchasing to others on my team, making it harder to figure out "who did what when" as licenses are added or removed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
