What stands out most is the human element present throughout our engagement with them. Throughout our collaboration with TrustArc, we have had dedicated contacts who guide us, answer questions, and explain their feedback in detail. There’s an ongoing dialogue, and it’s helpful to understand why certain findings are raised and how best to address them. They also inform us of any updates to requirements and how to answer (new/updated) questions. From a platform perspective, TrustArc provides a clear structure to what would otherwise be quite a complex certification process. Everything is set up in a way that makes it easier to track requirements, upload evidence, and see what’s still outstanding, which helps keep things organized. It’s also useful that they review submissions and flag gaps or areas that need improvement. That guidance helps ensure alignment with CBPR/PRP requirements and generally strengthens our privacy program.
