"Adaptable, User-Friendly Platform With Fast Performance and Great Engagement Tracking"
4/5
What do you like best about trumpet?

I like the adaptability of it, the layout of it, how easy it is to use – very user friendly. In terms of pricing, it offers good packages, and the fact that you can track engagement is also really positive. Super easy to integrate media into the pods, and I like that you can search for any logo instantly. Onboarding was really quick and easy too, really self explanatory. Performance wise, it's a win as it functions quickly and have had no issues on that front. I haven't used any of its AI features so can't comment on that just yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about trumpet?

I think it could be easier to move things around within the pods. At times I've battled with moving certain items and it can be a little bit frustrating and time consuming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seeing When Users Click Into a Pod Helps Move Deals Forward"
4.5/5
What do you like best about trumpet?

What I love most about Trumpet is that every pod becomes a shared workspace with my prospects. It’s where we exchange knowledge throughout the whole deal cycle, so instead of chasing email threads for the latest deck or recap, everything lives in one place we can both come back to.

The part I didn’t expect to value so much is seeing new contacts join the pod. It tells me the deal is spreading inside the buyer’s organization and shows me who I should be talking to next. That visibility has genuinely helped me move deals forward, especially on deals where I’d otherwise be single-threaded.

It’s also really easy to use, both for me and for my buyers. I can put a pod together quickly, and prospects don’t need any explanation to find their way around. The engagement insights are a nice bonus too, since I can see what people are actually looking at and use that to guide my follow-ups instead of guessing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about trumpet?

Maybe it would be more helpful to have suggested AI content by connecting tools together to pull in information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Customizable, and Innovative—Trumpet Is Now the Hub for our Partnerships"
5/5
What do you like best about trumpet?

Trumpet is intuitive, highly customizable, and genuinely great to look at. It takes a scattered pile of resources and information and turns it into a "north star" for the client that is clear, easy to digest, and fully on-brand.

One of my favourite features is the visitor insights and analytics you get from every pod because it's useful to see how prospects are actually engaging with the content. As an admin, I love building out the Content Library and creating templates for our team to use. Co-branded resources used to be a huge time-suck for us, and I can already see our team shifting away from that inefficient process in favour of building all of our sales resources directly in Trumpet.

The customer support team deserves a shoutout because they're helpful, hands-on, and I typically hear back the same day I ask a question. On top of that, Trumpet is constantly evolving, with regular product updates that make it, hands down, the most exciting and innovative tool in our tech stack.

As an Operations Manager who used to be in sales, I genuinely wish I'd had this product back when I was selling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about trumpet?

Very little honestly. There are sometimes some glitches with the Synced Widgets, but they're minor inconveniences compared to some of the challenges we're facing with other products in our tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trumpet for multi-stakeholder deals - great"
5/5
What do you like best about trumpet?

Trumpet pods have significantly boosted engagement when working on deals involving multiple stakeholders. They make it easy to share information and also provide valuable insights into what’s happening within an organization, such as who is viewing content and which pages are most relevant to each persona. The use of templates makes creating pods quick and straightforward, and this has had a noticeable impact on my ability to win deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about trumpet?

Occasionally, the formatting options can be a bit glitchy, but aside from that, I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A One-Stop Hub for Customer Support, Supercharged by Co-pilot Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about trumpet?

It's a one-stop shop for all customer and support interactions. A shared co-working space with all details of the partnership! Now using Co-pilot and other integrations (eg. with Gong calls) speeds up the creation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about trumpet?

Sometimes using Co-pilot can be slow and would feel faster/easier to be able to just edit some of the widgets myself. I'm also still unclear on some elements such as uploading the pods to our CRM and having an automated live link to auto-update areas of the pods such as roadmap and with product updates. "Effortless Collaboration w/ Powerful Engagement Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about trumpet?

What I like best is how much easier it makes multithreading and keeping deals moving between calls. I build a Pod for every active opportunity with the recap, recording, pricing, and a mutual action plan all in one place, so buyers aren’t digging through email threads to find what they need.

The engagement tracking is the feature I rely on most. I get alerts when a prospect opens the Pod, which content they spend time on, and when they share it internally. More than once that’s shown me a new stakeholder I didn’t know was involved, which let me reach out before the deal went quiet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about trumpet?

The main issue I run into is with embedded video recordings. Every so often a call recording link won’t load or play inside the Pod, which is frustrating when I’ve just sent it to a buyer and that recording is the main reason they’re opening it. When it happens, I end up sending the recording separately, which defeats the purpose of keeping everything in one place.

Load times can also run longer than I’d expect, especially on Pods with a lot of content. Most of the time it’s fine, but buyers don’t always wait. A faster first load would make a better impression, particularly with executives who are only giving it a quick look.

Neither of these is a dealbreaker, and the value I get from Trumpet outweighs them. But improving video reliability and speed would make the buyer experience much more consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Stakeholder Engagement and Deal Acceleration"
5/5
What do you like best about trumpet?

I use Trumpet because it is brilliant for engaging other stakeholders in the buying cycle, helping me identify and surface hidden stakeholders, which significantly accelerates deals even when I’m not directly on calls with them. Trumpet is invaluable for multithreading deals seamlessly. I love how easy it is to see how stakeholders are engaging with the materials I provide, especially noting how much time executives spend on sections like the pricing sheet, which lets me understand what aspects are truly important to them. The ease of setting up and sharing templates with prospects is fantastic—I can build and deploy these in just 30 seconds. The overall user experience is seamless, with an initial setup that is very straightforward. Support is also quite responsive, ready to help quickly if any issues arise. Overall, my confidence in using Trumpet is reflected in my willingness to recommend it at a high level, scoring a clear 10 out of 10 in likelihood to recommend to friends or colleagues. What do you dislike about trumpet?

Sometimes the videos don't always embed and work as they should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Collaborative Sales Rooms That Improve Team Alignment"
4.5/5
What do you like best about trumpet?

Ability to give a collaborative room in the sales process.

The flow and structure you can build per room

AI elements are strong enabling quicker production of a room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about trumpet?

Some of the integration elements were buggy especially around Gong, it required a fix that we could not make.

The ability for managers to receive notifications on all Pod use wasn't in the platform at the start, but this was pushed through as a development Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Slick, Stable Hub for Long Deals with Flexible Design Options"
5/5
What do you like best about trumpet?

It just makes sense - during long deals there's so many docs/info flying about and Trumpet gives everyone a stable/consistent place during the whole deal. Everything can stay in one place even when there's a lot of moving parts The pods look really slick too, the options on design and the integration availability is super helpful to cover all bases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about trumpet?

I think some of the design can be a bit fiddly, more so when I'm trying to do a lot of designs on one pages with different cards/images/boxes it can get fiddly but it's still manageable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Prospect Activity Insights and a Central Hub for Shared Resources"
4.5/5
What do you like best about trumpet?

I like how it gives insights into my prospects' activity with the resources I've shared. I also like how it's one space for all resources rather than them having to go through an email thread. They're two of the key features I love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about trumpet?

At times I can find it time-consuming to create good rooms that are detailed for a particular prospect, but since I started using templates this has been helped considerably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
