**What do you like best about True Estimate?**

Had everything we needed, we used to have both shop boss and pro demand.

Also they were priced at less than half of what we were paying before. They seem to be going in a really good direction with their technology as well, I hope they are able to accomplish their long term goal.

**What do you dislike about True Estimate?**

At first it was a lot since most of their tools are modern but once you get used to it, it’s actually pretty good.

**What problems is True Estimate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an invoicing and employee/shop management tool.
