Subscriptions are structured across multiple tiers, ranging from a maximum of 1 live concurrent study in the Pilot Tier to unlimited live studies in Tier 10, allowing organizations to select the package that best fits their research needs. All subscriptions operate on a monthly auto-renewal basis with a one-month cancellation policy, and annual prepayment discounts of 10% are available. I used TrialKit before TrialKit AI became available. At the time, some of the reporting functionality was cumbersome, making it more difficult to capture key performance metrics for our trial.
