The file management specifically can get a little wonky, and having ownership within sub-tasks gets a bit difficult. The issue of managing tasks in a scattered manner has been resolved as Trello has provided our team with a centralized visual board on which each one of us can view priorities, deadlines, and progress on real-time basis. You don’t need a tutorial or a training session to get started. We’re trying to become agile champions, and in one of our departments we have columns for pipeline activities, user story ideas, the tasks backlog, and sprint tasks. Being able to see everything at a glance: from raw ideas to what we’re actively working on, saves so much back and forth. It was difficult to see who owned what, how work was progressing, and what the real priorities were across editorial, SEO, and multimedia. Trello addresses this by giving us a centralized, visual way to manage our workflows. Each task can be tracked from creation through completion, and we can organize work into clear stages, assign responsibilities, and keep visibility across teams without constantly chasing updates. As a result, coordination has improved, miscommunication has decreased, and overall productivity is higher.
