**What do you like best about Trebede CRM?**

The simplicity of the platform is what won us over. We manage hundreds of energy clients and Trebede CRM lets our sales team track every commercial visit, schedule follow-ups, and handle SEPA direct debit files without needing a technical background. The fact that each CRM instance is tailored to our specific sector means we're not drowning in features we'll never use. Customer support is direct and fast — we talk to the actual developers, not a helpdesk queue.

**What do you dislike about Trebede CRM?**

There's not much to complain about honestly. If I had to mention something, I'd say the interface is more functional than flashy — it prioritizes getting things done over visual design, which is fine for us but a cosmetic update would be a nice touch. We access it from mobile browsers and it works well, though a dedicated app would be a bonus for our field reps.

**What problems is Trebede CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Trebede, we managed clients with spreadsheets and lost track of renewals constantly. Now we have full visibility of every customer interaction, document, and payment status in one place. The SEPA integration alone saves our admin team hours every week generating direct debit files for the bank. Our sales cycle is shorter because reps can see the full customer history before every call.
