**What do you like best about Trakop?**

Flexible to use, last-mile delivery tracking, and supportive customer service. It's now easy to manage my orders in one place without much manual work. Optimized route shave helped me achieve timely deliveries. Trakop really powers my business growth.

**What do you dislike about Trakop?**

Have not come across any bug yet. Trakop team is expeditious with everything.

**What problems is Trakop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimized delivery routes. It helped me deliver multiple orders with route planning.

**What do you like best about Trakop?**

Trakop's route optimization feature was quite beneficial for us as it increased our drivers efficiency by streamlining the delivery for them. Stock management feature was also quite helpful

**What do you dislike about Trakop?**

Trakop's dashboard should be much more customisable although it is at a large extent which is great  but some more power in our hand can also not be of any harm.

**Recommendations to others considering Trakop:**

affordable and easy to use software. This has saved my time and effort and provided a boost to sales

**What problems is Trakop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trakop solved the issues of stocks drivers and majorly of payment where there were many confusions earlier about the payment that have been received and pending ones also
