**What do you like best about tquila?**

Tquila was responsive while working through the process mapping, testing, and hyper-care phases. Their architects and developers were very knowledgeable and worked well with our internal teams to collaborate on how to develop the process automations

**What do you dislike about tquila?**

At times our internal teams were confused about what steps were taking place with each project, which led to a bit of unnecessary rework. Things felt unorganized and unprepared, but the tquila team quickly remedied this issue once it was raised.

**Recommendations to others considering tquila:**

Overall, Tquila is an excellent team to work with, and they take the time to hear feedback and look for solutions when blockers arise.

**What problems is tquila solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tquila assisted with implementing UiPath and lead the automation of three of our workflows.  Their team helped in onboarding our internal developers and sharing their project best practices on how to implement automation in additional process workflows

**What do you like best about tquila?**

They helped us a ton with process mapping. We learned a lot about how a seemingly straightforward process can actually be pretty complex when you have to break it down into the incredibly granular steps needed to program a bot.

**What do you dislike about tquila?**

The project management was lackluster at best at the beginning. Meetings were disorganized and unproductive, and our PM seemed generally uninterested. I will say that once feedback was provided on these issues, things improved immediately.

**What problems is tquila solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We worked with Tquila to set up UIPath automations for some of our operational processes. They assisted with process mapping, bot programming, and testing. They also trained some of our internal team members on these processes so we could develop and maintain bots internally in the future.
