**What do you like best about TPOP?**

Easy to use, ethical and quality products, and pleasant customer support.

**What do you dislike about TPOP?**

I don't dislike anything in particular but if I were to put myself in the shoes of other users I would say that printing on more medias would be a plus.

**Recommendations to others considering TPOP:**

Their platform is really nice, the eco-friendly products and the plastic-free shipping are big pluses. I just advise you not to get discouraged before your first sales (it took us 2 months).

**What problems is TPOP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a physical store and an online store. In the physical store we offer products printed by T-Pop for demonstration purpose. Then, when customers want a particular product, we have it delivered directly to their home using T-Pop.
We have also just launched a new website, we can try to develop a new e-commerce site at no cost, this is just great.

**What do you like best about TPOP?**

The T-Pop team was very friendly in helping us set up our store.
This is our second experience with a print-on-demand service, and it is a convincing one.

**What do you dislike about TPOP?**

We are looking forward to the printing on art paper.

**Recommendations to others considering TPOP:**

Very friendly team and very appreciable ecological commitment.

**What problems is TPOP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to launch an online store of products related to our business. T-Pop allows us to not produce products unnecessarily in advance.

**What do you like best about TPOP?**

Easy to use application, quality products, lots of branding options and always pleasant support.
The prices are quite correct for ethical products, the functionalities of the new application are appreciable.

**What do you dislike about TPOP?**

It would be nice to have the possibility to embroider the clothes, but it is apparently under study on their side.

**What problems is TPOP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use their print on demand service to manage some brands: the ability to manage each of the brands in a single interface is a big plus. 
We manage the marketing on our side, we entrust T-Pop with the printing and shipping.
Previously we printed the products for our customers through local printers, it worked well but sometimes we had too much stock. Not having to deal with shipping anymore frees up our time to market.
