It's easily to use the platform and add your own images if using another image generator. I use MyDesigns Mostly everyday to create my tumbler wrap designs. It's very easy to inegrate with other platforms such as etsy and printify. Very ease of implementation to create your designs quickly. I never experience anything troubling with the platform, So i really didnt contact customer support for anything serious. **What do you dislike about MyDesigns?** The least thing about MyDesigns, isnt really a problem because i do feel like in the coming few months they may change a bit with adding your own video mock ups maybe. If not its not a big deal, They do have a video mockup generator but its not what I want customers to see a video of pictures that is already on my etsy shop. **What problems is MyDesigns solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving alot of problems such as upscaling. background removal, image generation, title, description, and tags generator. The mockups is the best and quick intergation to my etsy shop and printify for the products to post ready on your shop. It takes only 10 mins for me if I had to make some adjusting but typically a 5mins job to post all my 20 to 30 digital products to listings is amazing quick work. ### 3. It's impressive how it has kept evolving with the contributions of users, plus it has an active community and very responsive support. Integrated tools such as Vectorizer, Background Remover, Upscaler on one platform mean there is no more need to have subscriptions with multiple service providers and to keep on switching between those tools. It's a great tool I mostly use it for image generation and bulk removing backgrounds, but I must say that I really do love their features for these. The background remover tool does a good job it does its best you can only expect so much. As for the image generation I love the different amount of tools I can use. I actually get better images from the DALLE3 in here then I do in ChatGPT. My favorites are the DALLE3, ideogram 2.0, and Flux1.1 Pro. I'm actually contemplating canceling my kittl subscription and going with these guys they have so much more to offer and you really do get what you pay for these guys do a very good job giving you what you pay for. This just needs a little work. **What problems is MyDesigns solving and how is that benefiting you?** MyDesigns is solving my AI image generation issue. I blow through my credits in kittl and now with their new update coming in December I'll be losing money at this point so I was on the hunt for a new image generator any how. I always just used this software to remove the backgrounds on my clipart. However, now that I have tried their image generator Dream AI I have a new favorite. I love that I have more control over the image generator that creates my images this helps vary my products quite a bit. I also like how they roll over my credits that was really the icing on the cake in all honesty. I don't always use up all my credits during the money and to actually have a software that will roll over my credits for up to 3 months saves me the stress from having to worry about using up all my credits before they renew. ### 10. I wouldn't say it was "easy" to use, but once you get the hang of it, it's not difficult. I highly recommend that you write down a flow chart of what to do first, next, next, etc. It's not uncommon for me to get near the end of my project and realize I've forgotten to do something near the beginning and have to go back and fix it. An example would be that I'm almost ready to publish my listings and realize I didn't create a video. I want to mention that I'm 77 years old and even though I'm not stupid, I will still look at the screen and scratch my head sometimes! The crew at MyDesigns are continually adding new functions to the program and are fast to answer questions in their forums. **What do you dislike about MyDesigns?** Seriously, the only downside of using MyDesigns is the lack of a written manual. In their defense, however, there is no way they could create a manual when they are constantly adding new features. MyDesigns has some limitations with font management, text to path and a few other known issue that they are working on. It is a work in progress and as a user for over a year, the progress they have made is VERY good. It can only get better with time and with user suggestions. They're clear on what they're about to charge you but it's a bit rough when you're charged 8 credits for a couple of poorly generated images (it happens with all AI image generators). To be completely honest, I ended up getting a Pro account because a competitor announced they'd be slashing the number of AI credits, so I started looking for alternatives. I think Dream AI is a great feature especially since it offers so many models, but I'm looking forward to it being perfected in the future. And finally, from today's newsletter, I found out that I can even create profiles for the mockups I like to use.
