Toolpack One is an FP&A platform built for Danish businesses with 20-500 employees. It automates budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, cash flow analysis and group consolidation — with data pulled directly from your ERP system via API. The platform integrates with e-conomic (Visma), Uniconta and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, automatically syncing financial and sales data to a cloud-based platform. From there, you work with ready-made templates - familiar tools with no learning curve. KPI Buddy, the built-in AI assistant, lets you query your financial data in natural language. Ask questions like "Compare sales costs Q1 2025 vs Q1 2026" or "Show budget variance for March" and get answers with tables, charts and drill-down to individual ledger entries. **What do you like best about Toolpack One?**

I very much like the graphic parts about Toolpack One and how it works. I really appreciate the copy buddy feature, which helps me a lot with all my financial numbers. I also like the skills they have built into the AI body, which is part of the Toolpack One system. It's helped me a lot with answering questions about sales and expenses, making it very helpful to me. The integration with economics works very well, and the initial setup was extremely easy, actually taking a very short time. It integrates perfectly with our ERP system, making it the easiest software I have ever seen.

**What problems is Toolpack One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Toolpack One solves all my financial stuff, provides helpful answers about sales and expenses, and the AI buddy helps with financial numbers.
