## About TokenTimer
TokenTimer is a certificate lifecycle automation and expiration management platform for DevOps, SRE, security, platform, and IT teams. It helps teams discover and track TLS certificates, API keys, secrets, licenses, contracts, and other time-bound assets before they become outages or security incidents. For certificates, TokenTimer goes beyond alerts with CertOps: managed certificate inventory, renewal visibility, lifecycle history, and customer-side automation for renewal, deployment, reload, and verification. The TokenTimer control plane never stores, receives, or processes private keys. Key-bearing operations stay in your infrastructure through outbound-only agents or your existing automation. TokenTimer also centralizes expiration data from AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, GCP Secret Manager, HashiCorp Vault, GitHub, GitLab, file imports, APIs, and monitored endpoints. Teams can assign ownership, set threshold-based alerts, maintain audit trails, and route notifications through Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, WhatsApp, PagerDuty, and webhooks. **What do you like best about TokenTimer?**

After using it for a short time, it became obvious how many expirations were poorly tracked or had no clear owner. The alerts and visibility made a real difference. It is simple, focused, and quietly solves a problem that is easy to ignore until something breaks.

TokenTimer has a public roadmap where you can add and upvote features for them to build, really exciting to be part of the product development.

**What do you dislike about TokenTimer?**

Some integrations are not there yet (still on their public roadmap), but the existing ones cover the most important needs for us.

**What problems is TokenTimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making very clear how many expirations were simply forgotten over time. The added visibility and alerts changed how we manage these things day to day.
It solved a very real problem we had been underestimating, classical 'it hurts when it breaks'.
