What do you like best about Tokeet?

I find Tokeet's customer service very responsive, which is great. The software setup is quite intuitive, making it easy to use. I initially wanted to try Tokeet because of the webpage feature. Even though I only have one property and STR platforms already sync calendars, Tokeet allows for rate setting and communication automation, which removes a couple of headaches I had. What do you dislike about Tokeet?

There are a lot of features and integrations, for example Tokeet is exactly the same as AdvanceCM, but they are 2 different apps. Also, RateGenie is part of the suite but seems to override settings in the other apps, so it can be quite hard to see which setting is in control of the others. Whilst the software is intuitive, it will take some time to learn how to use it to its full potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tokeet?

I find Tokeet really simple to use, which is a big plus for me. The customer service is fantastic; they're super quick to react and make you feel like you're the only client they're dealing with at that time. They're very helpful with the information they provide. Also, they offer lots of handy informative videos, which are great if you don't feel like speaking to someone directly. What do you dislike about Tokeet?

It's hard to say really because in all honesty, they're always improving. You can tell them things that are not quite working or where something would be handy, and they really do take it on board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tokeet?

The system itself works fine for connecting OTAs.

Pricing used to be reasonable compared to alternatives.

What do you dislike about Tokeet?

Untrustworthy billing practices – I paid upfront in April 2025 for a full year, and Tokeet cancelled my subscription without my authorisation.

Forced onto higher pricing – They issued a partial refund and moved me to a new monthly plan at more than double the cost.

Poor customer service – Responses were slow, dismissive, and failed to address the breach of contract.

Business risk – The cancellation left me unable to manage my OTA connections, exposing me to potential double bookings and financial loss.

What do you like best about Tokeet?

They have a basic set of tools for property management, althoug it gets quickly expensive when you use all the stuff - more expensive than their competitors. They claim to have a good support, but really no issues are being solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tokeet?

I was lied to several times during the pre sales. John P., their sales guy even missed first scheduled call with me, without an apology and came late to a re-scheduled one, which was hude waste of time on my side. They also claim that thay are a large multinational company with main office in the US, but that office is nowhere to be found and there is pretty much one person responsible for everything (John P.). I would not recommend their service at at all - shady company with shady practices. When I wrote a review on a different website for them, their CEO tried to take the review down claiming that they never spoke to me. Totally ridiculous, save yourself time and try a competition. I would suggest you Hostaway, Hostfully or OwnerRez, based on my extensive research and what I tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
