
I find Tokeet's customer service very responsive, which is great. The software setup is quite intuitive, making it easy to use. I initially wanted to try Tokeet because of the webpage feature. Even though I only have one property and STR platforms already sync calendars, Tokeet allows for rate setting and communication automation, which removes a couple of headaches I had. There are a lot of features and integrations, for example Tokeet is exactly the same as AdvanceCM, but they are 2 different apps. Also, RateGenie is part of the suite but seems to override settings in the other apps, so it can be quite hard to see which setting is in control of the others.
