"Paid for a Year, Tokeet Cancelled Without Authorisation to Increase the Price"

What do you like best about Tokeet?

The system itself works fine for connecting OTAs.

Pricing used to be reasonable compared to alternatives.

Setup was fairly straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tokeet?

Untrustworthy billing practices – I paid upfront in April 2025 for a full year, and Tokeet cancelled my subscription without my authorisation.

Forced onto higher pricing – They issued a partial refund and moved me to a new monthly plan at more than double the cost.

Poor customer service – Responses were slow, dismissive, and failed to address the breach of contract.

Business risk – The cancellation left me unable to manage my OTA connections, exposing me to potential double bookings and financial loss.

No respect for customers – Unilateral changes without consent show they don’t value long-term clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tokeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tokeet was supposed to solve the problem of managing multiple OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) from one central platform, preventing double bookings and saving time. In the past, this was useful and did help streamline my property management.

However, the recent unauthorised cancellation of my prepaid annual subscription has created the very problem Tokeet is meant to solve — I was left unable to manage my OTAs, which put me at risk of double bookings and financial loss. Any benefits the platform once provided have been completely undermined by their billing practices and poor customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
