I find Tokeet really simple to use, which is a big plus for me. The customer service is fantastic; they're super quick to react and make you feel like you're the only client they're dealing with at that time. They're very helpful with the information they provide. Also, they offer lots of handy informative videos, which are great if you don't feel like speaking to someone directly. The initial setup was always easy and has only gotten easier over time as they've improved.

The system itself works fine for connecting OTAs. Pricing used to be reasonable compared to alternatives. Setup was fairly straightforward.

Well, the automation features in Tokeet, especially for guest communication and invoicing, have freed up a significant amount of my time, allowing me to focus on strategic growth.
