I find Tokeet's customer service very responsive, which is great. The software setup is quite intuitive, making it easy to use. I initially wanted to try Tokeet because of the webpage feature. Even though I only have one property and STR platforms already sync calendars, Tokeet allows for rate setting and communication automation, which removes a couple of headaches I had. There are a lot of features and integrations, for example Tokeet is exactly the same as AdvanceCM, but they are 2 different apps. Also, RateGenie is part of the suite but seems to override settings in the other apps, so it can be quite hard to see which setting is in control of the others. The simple channel management feature and its rich functionality make managing short-term holiday lets easier for me. I also appreciate the exceptional customer support Tokeet provides as it saves valuable time when making changes to accommodation rates, availability, and information, as well as facilitates filling rooms. I find Tokeet really simple to use, which is a big plus for me. The customer service is fantastic; they're super quick to react and make you feel like you're the only client they're dealing with at that time. They're very helpful with the information they provide. Also, they offer lots of handy informative videos, which are great if you don't feel like speaking to someone directly. Forced onto higher pricing – They issued a partial refund and moved me to a new monthly plan at more than double the cost. Poor customer service – Responses were slow, dismissive, and failed to address the breach of contract. Business risk – The cancellation left me unable to manage my OTA connections, exposing me to potential double bookings and financial loss. Tokeet was supposed to solve the problem of managing multiple OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) from one central platform, preventing double bookings and saving time. In the past, this was useful and did help streamline my property management. However, the recent unauthorised cancellation of my prepaid annual subscription has created the very problem Tokeet is meant to solve — I was left unable to manage my OTAs, which put me at risk of double bookings and financial loss.
