**What do you like best about TitanFile?**

I really enjoy how easy it is to upload files and communicate with clients. 
We also like the history function. When we sent out documents that need immediate attention, we can see that it was received/reviewed by clients

**What do you dislike about TitanFile?**

So far we do not have any complaints. We had clients forget their passwords a few times, but it was super easy for them to just request the resetting of their password.

**What problems is TitanFile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have sensitive data that we have to share with clients regularly or clients share with us, and it just puts our minds at ease that we know that we are doing it safely and securely. It is also simple enough for people that don't know a lot about technology.

I like how quickly it uploads and the size of file that can be shared.  It has been very convenient for sharing files back and forth with criminal lawyers.

Difficult to use if the person you are sharing with has their own TitanFile account.

**What do you like best about TitanFile?**

It does what it says it does, and it works! Too many companies are claiming to do 100 things but don't get 1 of them right. This company says that it delivers secure communications and it does just that. It's quite refreshing.

**What do you dislike about TitanFile?**

I have not found any issues so far, but I will let them know if I find it.

**What problems is TitanFile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a way to send customer information securely because email is not safe. We also need a way to log communications.

Fast file synchronization and real-time synchronization. Easy to operate. Strong visualization. Remind each other to function. The price is good.

It may be recorded when deleted. This is a very neutral point; sometimes, it's good or bad.

**What do you like best about TitanFile?**

Titan File makes sharing confidential documents with clients very easy. I know that email is not the most secure method of sending clients their tax returns or asking for documents for tax preparation. This encrypted software solution is easy enough that my less-than-savvy clients know how to use it. It gives me a real-time notification when things are opened. It is really useful to ensure that confidential documents remain confidential while still facilitating the file sharing that is needed in this remote economy.

**What do you dislike about TitanFile?**

The number one issue I see is that while I'm on the go I do not have an app that can allow me to easily message clients. If Titan File released an app that would go a long way to making it a truly great end to end experience.

**What problems is TitanFile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Titan File allows me to request client documents for tax preparation (e.g. W2s, Drivers Licenses, past tax returns, 1099s, and more) and it allows me to send tax returns, signature pages, vouchers, etc to my clients. This makes the life of a CPA much easier knowing that there is a safe alternative to file sharing that is affordable.

Easy to understand
Very user-friendly
Documents are always available
No longer have to create passwords

**What do you dislike about TitanFile?**

That anyone other than the admin can delete information.  Our clients should be able to add to the channel but not delete information.

Would like the channels to have a choice to arrange in alphabetical order.

Company File - so we have 7 people using Titan and when something is needed for a client we need to go to that person's desk that sent and log in - somehow should have one company portal which all can access if needed.  Not have to add 7 channels to each.  Hope this makes sense.

**What problems is TitanFile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No longer have to password each document.  PDF is always there in case we need to resend so not have to scan again and redo work.
Clients always have info when they need it by logging back into their portal.

It takes document sharing to a new level. No more faxing and waiting whether it went through or not.

We save a lot of time by not having to fax, or go to the office to collect faxes. We mostly work from home and with Titan we don't have to have a functioning fax machine in our home office.

It is fairly straightforward to send clients a link so that they can send me the documents.

The feature to receive documents was not initially easily accessible and I had to contact the company to get the feature turned on.

1. Sometimes client can delete a message or file with no records. This is not good. They should not be allow to. Even for very recent posts.
2. TITAN can have a deal with ADOBE PRO allowing us to serve our people better.

1. Yes. TITAn helps save time for clients who should have traveled otherwise.
2. TITAN helps us inside to have the date the clients push the slips in.

Titan File created a seamless transition for secure file transfers in my business. Their support team has also been very helpful. The features in the program (especially emailing and creating folders) come in very handy.

Not as custom-brandable as I would like. Some controls/defaults are not intuitive (like the email notifications and uploading docusigns)

Waiting for alphabetical sort option on folders, or different star-colored identifiers for folders.

Beyond file sharing, the ease of corresponding with regard to payroll issues has greatly streamlined the process of communicating with clients' employees.

**What problems is TitanFile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, I was attracted to TitanFile for the usual yearend reports sharing with clients.  Now, I have simplified the payroll process.  I emailed the staff's pay statements using Outlook, so I was always double (or triple) checking the email address.  Using TitanFile, I don't have to worry about that anymore, so I am saving time.  Each employee's folder has their preset personal email address, so I can easily drag & drop their pay statement into their folder.  Privacy of their data has increased... and greater peace of mind for me!

Very easy file sharing. It is simple to use, like using Drive, but much more secure. Security is important to me and this product delivers on that.

I really don't have anything negative to add. The product works, plain and simple. The free trial is once because you really get to see it in action before you purchase it.

Simple interface and easy to use.  I like the MS Outlook plug-in.

**What do you dislike about TitanFile?**

The explanation of how to send files and add people to them was not overly intuitive. However, once I figured it out, it was again easy to use.

**Recommendations to others considering TitanFile:**

This Product is easy to setup and use.  The MS Outlook plugin makes it seamless, making sending files just like sending an email. And with no file size restriction, the integration provided as central loction to mange everything.  As well, the web interface makes it easy to create channels (folder) that you can share via an email.  Colaboration is a breeze.  I have recommended this product and will continue to.  The price per license is very good.  Overall, well conceived, well developed, and well done!!

We are able to send large files that were unable to send via MS Exchange.  As well, we are able to send full folders.  Great interface!

**What do you like best about TitanFile?**

As a user, TitanFile is very easy to use, and is a great way to share confidential documents and know that they're being shared in a highly secure environment. This is way safer than emailing files.

**What do you dislike about TitanFile?**

TitanFile is not the most intuitive of applications. As a very occasional user I find that I quickly forget how to access it. Also I'm not fond of the current 2FA that uses my phone. I'd much rather use an Authenticator app, but have no idea how to do that now that I've already set up 2FA.

**Recommendations to others considering TitanFile:**

TitanFile will save you tons of effort vs using email or any other file sharing application. You won't have to worry about locking up files with passwords, or encrypting emails.

**What problems is TitanFile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending confidential documents between me and my accountants. I don't have to email, and the files no longer have to be password protected. Also, past documents are easily available to me at any time.

There is no file size maximum. Very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about TitanFile?**

If I'm exporting a conversation to a PDF file, I don't need a notification by email that the report is ready.  I'm not leaving TitanFile until the report is ready and it's saved where I want anyway. I'm not sure if notifications specific to that can be turned off. It's a minor issue.

**What problems is TitanFile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past we have had issues with a large volume of information being exchanged. Files were too large. Multiple emails would have to be sent. Now clients can attach a folder containing multiple files. I makes data collection much easier for new clients to our office.

Easy-to-use platform. 
It has the entire communication history.  
The upload/download capacity is sufficient for our usage.  
Easy to add and remove users to the channel.

**What do you dislike about TitanFile?**

An option to mark a message as "unread" would be helpful.  Once messages are read, it will move down the list of Active Channels automatically.  If there are action items in the message and they weren't dealt with immediately, it may be forgotten when the number of channels grow.

**What problems is TitanFile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clients can easily upload documents to the channel without exceeding the uploading limit of regular email accounts. Clients also feel less anxious about sending confidential documents via TitanFile (versus regular email).

It allows us to attach directly from Outlook.
It gets distributed to the whole team in one go.
easily manageable as it allows to structure files and folders.
Mobile accessibility makes it virtual in the true sense.

Response time in peak hours can be improved

In our office we use different assets like audio assets, video assets, Document and they remain in the same quality as it has been created originally.
Draft version and PoCs show watermark so security level is also managed well.

I like how the data is kept on the secure Titanfile cloud, leaving no headache on the customer's shoulders.

I wish for more integration to other tools such as Salesforce.

I like that I can use the add-in straight from Outlook.

I don't particularly appreciate that I get an email that shows that someone has opened each of the attachments individually, especially when the attachments are partially the signatures etc.

**What do you like best about TitanFile?**

The ease of use and that it is similar to using Outlook.  It makes sending and receiving files from Clients easy.

**What do you dislike about TitanFile?**

I cannot say that I have a dislike for TitanFile.

**What problems is TitanFile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a real issue with sending large files to opposing counsel or clients.  It took time to try to shrink the files or break them up into numerous emails.  TitanFile has drastically improved the time wasted.

I like that Titan File in very reliable.

I don't like that I have input every recipient's email in each new channel even after I've saved them as my contacts.

I was having a problem accessing the conversation and delivery log. There were changes made that were not very obvious.

**What do you like best about TitanFile?**

TitanFile has the ability to store files securely and integrates with Outlook perfectly. Easy to use UI, great support and first and foremost it's secure.

**What do you dislike about TitanFile?**

Not too much to dislike per se, although more integration with other cloud tools might help as I am trying to import by Dropbox

If you are a lawyer, or in the education space then give TitanFile a test drive today.

**What problems is TitanFile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to securely store files and share them with clients, I also like the fact it has government level encryption.

I like how it makes my work life and more simple and makea work more productive, secure, and compliant.

**What do you dislike about TitanFile?**

I dislike the Outlook email plugin. I think the steps to get the integration to work takes too long.

Download outlook first before using.

In previous companies it has helped with project workflow and getting things signed. It has cut down on paperwork.
