I think on the document exchange, TitanFile is pretty solid, but I think the next frontier for the TitanFile software is to improve over time the file management system. It can get a little confusing with clients who we share a ton of documents with. I would like to see things added to the app such as being able to handle document destruction. For example, if I upload a tax return to a client, I might want to put an automatic destruction date in, say, six months, so that after six months, TitanFile destroys the document.
