I like that it's simple to use while still feeling secure. Sharing files is quick, and the interface is intuitive.

I use TitanFile during engineering change requests and supplier document reviews. On a typical project, I upload drawing packages, BOMs, product specifications, inspection reports, and approval PDFs to a shared workspace instead of sending multiple email attachments. I can control who has access to each document and receive notifications when suppliers or internal reviewers open the files. The web interface is straightforward, so our team started using it without much training. I also use the activity history to verify whether documents have been viewed before scheduling review meetings. We normally use TitanFile 2–3 times a week during active product development projects.
