I like the personal upload link in TitanFile that I can paste into anything like a document, email, or text, making uploading or requesting an upload really easy. I love how quick and easy it is to use, and how it allows me to embed it in various forms of communication without needing others to look up anything. It's also great because everything is compliant, which is important in my business. The initial setup was super easy, just plug in your info and go. One of the biggest advantages for us is that the data storage is based in Canada, which is extremely important for our firm and our clients. That alone provides a level of confidence and compliance alignment that we value highly.

Our clients have been very happy with it. The platform is easy to use on both sides — for our team internally and for clients externally. There’s no fee for clients to access or upload documents, which removes friction and makes adoption much smoother.

A feature I particularly love is the download flexibility. You can download files individually in their original format, or download everything as a ZIP file. When you download as a ZIP, it preserves the folder structure that we or the client created, which keeps everything organized and saves time during file transfers or archival.

I find it inconvenient that 'Secure Submit' is one-way, as clients can securely submit documents to us, but we can't send using the same channel without starting a new one, which involves setting up a password again. If TitanFile could be enhanced for two-way traffic, that would be great. Also, if TitanFile could support clients filling out intake forms, it would be beneficial. First of for me, the server is on Canadian soil which is necessary for my work. The agent who contacted me when I first inquired was great and most helpful! Set up was easy and straightforward. There's plenty of room for my large uploads and I've found it very easy to use. My clients are able to use it without issue. I appreciate TitanFile for its ease of use, especially when sending large files. It significantly simplifies the sharing of large documents or files and allows others to share large files with our firm by opening a link. I love that it notifies me when someone has downloaded those files and lets me create an electronic 'paper trail' by downloading a report, which helps me prove the submission and receipt of documents. It's a great added value to our firm, and I found the initial setup quite easy. It's much more efficient than using Dropbox for Business for sending large files.
