The layout is also easy to understand and the onboarding process is also helpful. I also enjoy that you can speak to a live person when needed to truly address your needs. The customer support is great, and software integration is also good. Additionally, I like that I could get started easily with sending out information to other firms and vendors in a secure manner. I have recommended the platform to a few of my other solo practitioner friends. The subscription price options are also amazing, from a marketing perspective. I have used the program often since joining. **What do you dislike about TitanFile?** There are no real downsides. The software is easy to use and if a client can use email, a client can use TitanFile. In addition, there is the ability to have a secured conversation woth clients and we use this rather than using other communication methods, Conversations can be esily exported if needed. **What do you dislike about TitanFile?** This is more a function of any security product but as easy as TitanFile is to use, at its core it is a security product and there is a certain amount of hoops to jump through to use it. Some clients do not like having to jump through these hoops. In our case, using TitanFile is a requirement for engaging with our firm and we the only exception we make for this is if a client drops documents by hand. We have had to let one client go because they refused to use TitanFile in favor of emailing sensitive information to us. **What problems is TitanFile solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest issue TitanFile solves for our Firm is having a secure method of exchanging documents, We are an integrated Financial Services and Accounting firm so clients need to provide dozens of documents on a reguilar basis. TitanFile takes the worry of those documents falling into the wrong hands. As a side note, both myself and my partner has a dedicated link on our email signatures and on our About Me page on our website. This link opens up to a form where clients and suppliers can upload anything to us securely. This is absolutely a killer little feature of TitanFile. ### 34. Attaching large files using the application or even through their Outlook integration is a breeze. **What do you dislike about TitanFile?** Sigining documents through their DocuSign solution is not as smooth and stright through as it should be. It works well but the number of steps could be reduced. **What problems is TitanFile solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sharing and collaborating on confidentail information and documents with our members and partners was previously an issue, which has now become very convenient and secure through TitanFile. The solution supports one-to-one communication, as well as, collaboration between multiple contacts and teams, so it can be used for a variety of business scenarios. As an example, interaction between our member services teams and members has become super efficient, as now anyone from our member services team can pick up and act on an on-going communication without waiting for the staff that was originaly involved. ### 38.
