Tirhali Reviews & Product Details

Tirhali is a comprehensive travel agency management platform designed to streamline and enhance the operations of travel agencies. It consolidates various aspects of agency management into a single, user-friendly workspace, enabling agencies to manage clients, trips, itineraries, invoices, accounting, and client communications efficiently. Additionally, Tirhali offers a branded mobile portal that provides travelers with a seamless and personalized experience. One of the core features of Tirhali is its robust Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. This system allows agencies to maintain detailed client profiles, including family trees, travel documents, expiry alerts, and personalized notes. This centralized repository ensures that all client information is easily accessible and up-to-date, facilitating better service and client satisfaction. Trip planning is another integral component of Tirhali. The platform enables agencies to create detailed, day-by-day itineraries complete with maps and attachments. Leveraging artificial intelligence, Tirhali can generate comprehensive travel programs, reducing the time and effort required for manual planning. This AI-driven approach ensures that itineraries are both accurate and tailored to client preferences. The platform also simplifies the proposal and approval process. Agencies can send trip proposals directly through Tirhali, and clients can approve or request changes via their dedicated portals. This streamlined communication reduces delays and enhances the overall booking experience. Financial management is made more efficient with Tirhali's invoicing and accounting features. Agencies can generate branded invoices, manage partial payments, handle multi-currency transactions, and issue PDF receipts. The accounting module provides tools for managing accounts, transfers, expenses, and live balances with currency conversion capabilities. Additionally, the platform offers comprehensive reporting and export options, including revenue, profit, receivables, and cash flow reports, which can be exported to Excel and PDF formats. Communication with clients is facilitated through built-in WhatsApp and email integrations. Tirhali can send automatic reminders, invites, and notifications in each client's preferred language, ensuring timely and effective communication. This feature helps maintain strong client relationships and improves overall service quality. Branding is a key aspect of Tirhali, allowing agencies to customize the platform with their own colors, logos, and domains. This customization ensures that the client experience is consistent with the agency's brand identity, fostering trust and recognition. For travelers, Tirhali provides a mobile app experience through a secure portal that can be installed on their phones like a native app. This portal offers full trip programs with countdowns, maps, and downloadable PDFs. Clients can upload passports and visas directly from their phone cameras, access invoices, balances, and payment receipts, and communicate with the agency through a built-in chat feature. Notably, this app installs directly from the browser, eliminating the need for app store downloads. Implementing Tirhali is straightforward, with agencies able to get up and running in a day. The setup process involves obtaining a dedicated workspace, customizing it with the agency's branding, and inviting clients to their personalized portals. The platform ensures data security through tenant-isolated data, role-based permissions, and audit logs for every agency. In summary, Tirhali offers a comprehensive suite of tools designed to modernize and optimize travel agency operations. By integrating client management, trip planning, financial management, communication, and branding into a single platform, Tirhali empowers agencies to deliver exceptional service and enhance client satisfaction.
