The staff at Timus is amazing, onboarding was a cinch & they were willing to help every step of the way. Prior to the onboarding process, we went through a meeting discussing the needs for our clients & the highly knowledgeable staff offered suggestions on how to configure Timus to meet our client needs. Their support staff is extremely cordial, helpful & responsive, I have raised multiple tickets over small simple things like, "where can I do/find xyz?" & I receive a response same day, always. I highly recommend anyone looking for a VPN/SASE Solution to give Timus a try, you won't be disappointed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their Feature Request board, just implement the things I want without me having to wait! I kid, the only things I dislike about Timus are minor UI issues & it boils down to personal preference in where I expect certain features & settings to reside.
