I really like how Timeliner makes it easy for me and my clients, as well as my colleagues. The approved messages are sent through WhatsApp, and it's so easy to handle. The whole process is straightforward, and I'm just left with approving the video. Right now, Timeliner is very straightforward and easy to use, but it's not very smooth. There have been some bugs here and there. If they could make it a little bit smoother, it would be perfect. Another thing is that an application would be better because right now, when I'm trying to log in, it needs me to do it every time and that's a little bit of a headache. Some of my clients are not very tech-savvy, and they sometimes have trouble using Timeliner, even though it's generally easy to use. It would be great if it could be made even simpler for them. I like how Timeliner organizes all my projects in one place and makes it easier for me to manage rejections with my team and clients.
