I love Timeliner because it really speeds up my workflow. It allows me to get an overview of everything that has to be done in the business. I'm actually only using Google Drive for bigger storage things, but now that I'm going to the bigger plan, I don't even need Google Drive anymore. I actually asked the developers to create the pages just like Notion, so everything that is possible within a Notion page is also possible within Timeliner now, and that's also one of the things that I love about them. They're still pretty small, so you can actually request what you want, and within a few weeks they have created it for you, which is truly awesome. I'm moving all of my systems to Timeliner. It just makes everything way easier also for my editors, etc., and I just can't wait to grow and scale my business with Timeliner. It's actually the first time that I can truly see myself scaling my business, and that is definitely thanks to Timeliner.

I think my favorite part of Timeliner is the KPIs and editor tracking. It's great to see performance at a high level when managing the team. I also really enjoy the small touches, like when a brand looks at their own portfolio and sees links to all of their social media and creative briefs held inside the platform. The parent task organization is also something I find really beneficial. Overall, these features contribute significantly to our workflow.

I like the ease of use of Timeliner; they have a very in-depth onboarding experience that makes the application much easier to use from the beginning. I also appreciate the good support they provide to anyone creating with Timeliner. The onboarding experience is definitely helpful and allows us to get off the ground running without much input from the team. It makes it easy for us to understand how to use Timeliner to the best of our abilities, especially for our use case of uploading, collaborating, and approving video content before it's released. Two things that earned the switch from Frame: the variants feature lets us produce 4 short-form cuts plus a main video and thumbnail from one raw shoot inside a single parent task, instead of fragmenting across Frame.io and ClickUp. And WhatsApp approvals means collaborators don't have to log in or create an account to streamline the approval process. For our brand content workflow, that feature alone cut approval cycle time meaningfully.
