**What do you like best about Tiled?**

The UI is very intuitive and the support from the Tiled team has been phenomenal. Honestly, as good as the product is, the customer support has been even better. They went above and beyond to help us get a sales enablement presentation quickly launched in Tiled. They are quick to answer questions and check back with me at just the right cadence - not too much, not too little. 

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

I wish there was more content creation capability in-product, rather than having to import an existing asset. It's nice to be able to use the creative solutions i'm familiar with, but sometimes it would be nice to just be able to make quick updates in Tiled, rather than have to go back out to a different program. 

**What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to get a very interactive sales enablement deck activated for our field in a place where everyone could access it and updated versions could be easily implemented and pushed out to everyone. Tiled made it easy for us to do this without having to build a new repository.

**What do you like best about Tiled?**

Our Service Professionals have a great resource that they did not previously have. It's a great reference in the field. Sometimes employees might feel too embarrassed to ask a question about something they should know, so it's good for them to be able to receive the answers they need. 

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

I do think it could have a better lay-out. Sometimes I go on there to find out what the rules are for the cup or masters that reps might be asking me. I feel like there could have been a better/easier reference for things like that. 

**Recommendations to others considering Tiled:**

It's honestly pretty cool to set up a system for different employees to have access to important information. I think it's a good idea to have it. 

**What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I previously stated, finding answers to questions about the cup and masters. I am also using it for training with my service pros.

**What do you like best about Tiled?**

Tiled is great for the sales team to complete necessary training's. It is used with every new sales hire and they have no bad things to say about it. It is very user friendly and simple to use. 

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

Admin roles are a little more difficult to navigate around and not the most user friendly 

**Recommendations to others considering Tiled:**

Tiled is a great tool to implement training, especially with a large business it makes it very easy to share with a large data base. It is very user friendly to our new hires and their is very minimal training on how to navigate through Tiled.

We are solving having training's in multiple spots and put the majority of them into Tiled. It has made it extremely easy for our sales team to train their new hires.

**What do you like best about Tiled?**

I like the clean look of the app and how easy it is to use to show customers the discounts we offer. I also think it's useful to keep up on company news and presentations. The graphics look great, and it's cool that you can put gifs and moving type on there. The fonts are easy to read and it looks like a big team of workers has come together to make this polished product. 

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

The app crashes frequently when I open it on my iPad. I'm not exactly sure why it happens, but if it's some kind of bug that could be fixed it would really increase the user experience. It's kind of confusing how each mini-app has lot of screens you can scroll through. It could help to put some sort of scroll bar or some indicator of how many pages each individual tile has so people don't miss information. 

**Recommendations to others considering Tiled:**

I would recommend talking with your supervisor to understand to how use it with your organization and finding out how to maximize the benefits for your team. 

**What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The app is helping me make it easier to stay in touch with company leadership and stay motivated to work hard. It also helps with training because the links are easily accessible. A big benefit is that you can store lots of information in one simple app. It's like a database for lots of information and I appreciate how useful it is in that regard.

**What do you like best about Tiled?**

I've tried combinations of various other programs but not been able to replicate the full effect achieved by Tiled. Since there's little support for Flash left, there are few options available for a presentation like platform that will support hyperlinks, interactivity play video etc. Tiled covers these features and I expect more will follow. 

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

I've run into a couple of bugs mostly to do with personalising some of the dialogue boxes - swapping out Tiled logo for my own, for example. The overlay (like a master page item) feature is a great idea but seems to require a hotspot to toggle its appearance on/off. I was disappointed that an overlay can't simply be set to display on a page without requiring user intervention. (There is a possibility that I missed the setting)

It shows great promise as a content creation platform for rich media - with output such as sales presentations, playbooks, proposals,e-learning content, induction, internal comms etc

**What do you like best about Tiled?**

The most helpful piece of tiled is the ease of use. All too often companies give you a location to find the content you are looking for, but it's just simply too cumbersome. The digital marketing playbook that my company put together on Tiled makes it super easy to find information and leverage it live on phone calls.

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

The piece of tiled I dont love is actually creating the presentation. I personally havent tried making one, but it seems like it would be much too complex and something that would be best suited for a marketing or development team rather than an end user like myself. 

**What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem I try to solve with Tiled is the information barrier. I will be cold calling or running an initial call and i get asked a question about anything from relevant use cases in their industries to stats and facts. If I didnt have tiled it would be nearly impossible to find that information that quickly. With tiled, i can find the information in seconds and respond quickly.

**What do you like best about Tiled?**

I find that Tiled takes information that can be very complex to understand and gives it in such a format that makes the user experience a great one! Because of all the complicated sales information and marketing information that's out there it's difficult to have a concise organized way to present this. Tiled makes it a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

Because there is a limited about of space to create concise information you really have to know where that information lives. Sometimes I find myself going down rabbit hole hoping to find the information I was looking for only to realize it's not stored there after spending time looking. There is a feature included that will allow you to search all the content but I feel that defeats the purpose of having it organized. 

**Recommendations to others considering Tiled:**

If you're seeking a tool that can help you contain information that will be accessible and in a format that is pleasing this is a tool that will be a great asset! There are many tools out there that do similar features however I haven't found one in a format such as this. 

**What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of the large amount of data and resources we have at our finger tips it's important to have an easily accessible format to tap into these resources. With Tiled it's been a format that is very user friendly and the interface makes it extremely easy to navigate. By enabling our salesforce with a tool that provides information that is easily located is invaluable.

**What do you like best about Tiled?**

 The app has an extremely friendly interface. It is smooth switching from micro apps, downloading apps, and look screen while showing the app to customers. Have not noticed any bugs or kinks. 

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

 Sometimes while trying to download a microapp on my iPad, the download will discontinue. This has caused some annoyance as I would like that the microapp will continue download even though my iPad is off. 

**What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 Sending customers electronic brochures is very useful as I have made a couple of sales by them calling or emailing me back. Whenever the customer wants proof of my identification, I will send him a Tiled email which helps settle them down.

I thought that the coolest part of Tiled was being able to see what the contacts it was sent to we’re seeing and how they were interacting

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

Something that I thing could be improved on was not having to include a name. Sometimes I didn’t have their name, just an email address to send to. So I didn’t know what to write in the name section.

**Recommendations to others considering Tiled:**

I think that sometimes the losing of presentations seemed slow. Maybe it was just my internet connection. Also I maybe didn’t see in the settings, but many times my presentations off loaded and I had re download a huge file

**What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it is a great way to reach out to potential customers, who perhaps want to see a presentation before making a decision and also want to make sure we are legit.

I like how simple it is to use and how shareable and presentable it is. I enjoy the aesthetic of the app as a whole.

I wish I could set up a way to remind people automatically after a certain period of time to open the link instead of having to do that manually.

I use it as a “digital card” instead of handing out paper cards for my door to door pest control sales. People then can open it up later and look through everything that we offer and then reach out to me which is nice.

**What do you like best about Tiled?**

Its been a really great tool for introducing myself to new prospects and people involved in the decision making that I wouldn't have had the ability to do before. It's been super helpful as a lot of times there are multiple people involved in the decision to hire me, but I don't always get to know them, or them me, before the presentation. Tiled helped bridge that gap.

Seems like its labor intensive to change out slides, so not the most easily customizeable.

A little slow, if you don’t have quick internet or your iPad its perfect it can take a min too open pages

Good Options for a lot of business.. at Vivint solar we used it to showcase the different levels a sales rep could hit and the incentives for each. As well as we used it for training new reps who came in. It was kinda cool to have one stomp to send them to do so much

One spot for reps to go to to get the info they need.. we couldn’t really edit it much but it had great visual aids

It is relatively straightforward. You can see how many times a lead has veiwed the file, what they've tapped on and how long they've looked at it.

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

Least fav would be the bugginess. The app crashes almost every single time I open it. If I doulbe tap my home button on my iPad and open the app from there it works fine. The file sizes are pretty big too .

I know which of my potential customers is a solid lead and which ones I should waste any time on, this helps alot.

I have found that occasionally the micro apps are difficult to share with people but that’s been very few and far between.

The layout of the information. The way that you just have to tap on part of the info to go more in depth and learn more. Navigation is easy and smooth.

It’s confusing at times and some parts of the navigation aren’t as smooth as they could be. Can’t figure out how to use business cards with tiled.

The app functions nearly flawlessly  I used the Vivint app in presentations to customers to show them the potential benefits of going green with solar energy.  I am able to pull up an image of the property, input data, work with engineering and produce a very accurate representation of what a solar system would look like on the clients home.

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

I don't see any down sides. I did have some initial problems when downloading various updates but for the most parts the app works well.

**Recommendations to others considering Tiled:**

I recommend Tiled for your business.  It has been a great addition to the Vivint platform and has help me close numerous deals by providing a real time solution.  Thank you.

**What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Tiled to work with our engineering team to build and show customers a real time solar system on their home. It provides a way with virtually no lead time to educate the customer and close the sale all in one presentation.

**What do you like best about Tiled?**

Tiled has helped my team streamline our on-boarding process for clients. When using Tiled we are able to personalize the training for each client and yet make sure we cover everything that we need. Tiled takes the friction out of our many of our processes. 

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

I wish it had the capability to add small buttons from directly in the micro-app. (like back or forward icons)

We have streamlined our on-boarding process which has saved many hours per week for each customer success rep. We are also building out a knowledge base using Tiled to allow customers to access and review any feature set they would like in detail and at their own pace.

**What do you like best about Tiled?**

Tiled is incredible interactive, innovative, and completely enhances the presentation format. You do need design experience and software to make the initial templates for your presentation, but you don't need to be a designer to present the content. It is completely mobile and user friendly. Prezi is too immature and gives you motion sickness with all of the movements and effects, and PowerPoint is slow and outdated. My favorite part of Tiled is that you can present seamlessly in airplane mode. 

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

I was an advocate of Tiled for the last few years, until they changed their pricing model. The cost skyrocketed and there is no longer a model for smaller businesses/students to afford the use of this product. They are ignoring a whole segment of the market. Adobe Creative Cloud gives you more programs for less money. I just can't believe it.

Presentations, online quizzes, and sales pitches now look like an app and are completely interactive. User engagement increased.

**What do you like best about Tiled?**

I love that Tiled takes a traditional slide show and makes it way more engaging. The conversation becomes more fluid and natural. Traditional slide shows can be one sided and boring to the person that is presented to or trying to digest some content

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

The only problem I have with Tiled is the ability to scale to the device being used. There are a set number of aspect ratios you can use but if you are on a device that does not use that ratio you opted for then the content does not look as well as it could.

**What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we are trying to solve is overall engagement. Whether that be through training, presentations or a field communication we want to keep our audience involved and Tiled allows us to interact with them and keep them engaged while normal slides just fall short and lose attention quickly. 

Tiled solves this problem by having clickable links and a great emphasis on graphics which we have learned is by far the biggest contributing factor to keep users engaged.

Clean and easy interface to use.  Easy to Launch.

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

Would like to be able to add a little more dynamic content.  Also generating a link for a specific presentation is a little too complex.  Just add a button that doesn't require inputting the customer name and email.  I just want to copy the link and add it into my email to go out to them.

**What do you like best about Tiled?**

The best part of Tiled is the ease of use for myself as a salesperson, and my customers. I deal with customers from all different walks of life and not all of them (Or hardly any) are technologically savvy which usually would make things more difficult. With Tiled, it actually is easy for just about anyone to use.  

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

I don't think there is anything that I dislike about Tiled. I've used it for awhile now and haven't really had any complaints whatsoever.

This has many selling over the phone so much easier. Without tiled, your customers can't see everything or learn everything they need to in order to make an informed decision.

**What do you like best about Tiled?**

How easy it is to create an app-like experience.  Tiled allows us to take what would be a stale, static playbook document and turn it into a multi-faceted experience for our managers.

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

Not much.  You do need to have a fair degree of design savvy to create a rich experience in Tiled.

**Recommendations to others considering Tiled:**

It does what they say it does.

**What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've solved two specific problems.  1.  Sales management isn't linear.  However when you write a playbook document it ends up being linear by default.  Tiled allows us to easily create dynamic access to all the aspects of a playbook with allows a sales manager to engage with the playbook content in a manager that is relevant to the particular management challenge they might be facing.
2.  We are able to measure the engagement with our sales management playbooks which would be otherwise be very difficult with static documents.

Love that tiled is intuitive to use, all valuable information is centered in one place and I can navigate easily to related topics.

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

The only thing I would say I dislike about tiled is the inability to search, occasionally when you can't find something it can be a bit of a waste of time.

Helping me to find valuable information about our sales process here at Adobe (i.e. Qualification process, sales plays, personas etc.)

I like how straight forward using Tiled is. You can quickly create a new microapp using a variety of programs and importing the images into tiled. I like that is pretty simple.

I dislike that you need to have the tiled app. I wish you could export your own app.

Tiled can give your company a quick way to provide content to your clients in a simple and easy to use platform.

The problem we are hoping to solve is interaction. We want our customers to interact more. I believe Tiled will help people become more involved by using their phones they carry with them daily.

I like the easy and beautiful navigation, and the power it gives us to develop an app we need for the short term, and for a great presentation option for the on-boarding of new associates.

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

It doesn't yet integrate within our company's app we already have, so for now it will have to be a separate app the people need to download. However, I know they are working on this.

We wanted an easy display for our convention schedule and different documents, and Tiled made it quick and easy for our designers to create something special we could offer to our attendees.

Depending on the file size and the content, sometimes the website freezes or lacks. Sometimes moving from one page to the another causes delays.

Sometimes tedious on setting up presentations- Have to type in each individual line into the beginning. It is also difficult to get all of the information on one screen in some cases

Easy to sell to customers with visuals! Customers love to be able to see things LIVE with me on the phone. Over the phone consultations have become easy to explain our process and how solar works.

I really like the ability to have various apps within Tiled that can correspond to different areas of content related to the organization it is used for. It makes it a lot easier to stay organized and use with customers.

Sometimes, the app would take a bit of time to load a screen fully, but this usually resolved itself after a minute or so.

**What problems is Tiled solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves being able to catch the customer’s attention and interest using new technology. The benefits were that instead of having to carry various slicks and paperwork, everything I needed could be in one place.

Building the Micro app takes time and requires work using additional applications such as Adobe or Power Point. This makes changes take some additional time.

Utilize the expertise of the Tiled personnel. They are knowledgeable and always willing to jump in and help.

I like that I could skip all the paperwork and present a more visual and compatible sales experience for both the customer and I. It makes for a more professional approach and keeps everything readily accessible to the user. I would definitely recommend this to most.

I dislike the time it takes to download each sales tool and I’ve experienced a few glitches which I was fortunately able to overcome.

If you are looking for a better customer engagement experience in regards to sales, I would definitely recommend using tiled.

Tiled allowed us to build differentiated and memorable materials that set us apart from other funds while more clearly communicating information than a pdf or powerpoint alone.

Editing the microapp content requires a little more preparation than using powerpoint but is fine once you get the hang of it.

Dedicate internal design resources early to learning how to use and edit your microapps as design tends to be the bottleneck in deploying amazing microapps.

I love being able to screen share to the customers not only on phones but with I Pads or laptops. This feature of sharing is amazing. very professional and is able to help make the customer experience amazing

I do not like how sometimes the system just stop's working while in a presentation with others. It kicks them out with out notice and if I was not on the phone with them separate then I would never know that they got disconnected.

Do it make sure that you spend the time with the team to see the amazing custom layouts that are offered and make sure that you are spending the time to make sure you understand the amazing options.

It allows you to do so much more than any other platform for presenting information. Having the ability to have videos integrated is something that makes all the difference.

Having the ability to edit and add to presentations quicker would be nice. We have a unique presentation for each home we do business with and are forced to use a different platform to present that information because it's too difficult to edit directly into tiled each time.

Definitely worth looking further into this platform, they have something special here.

Having a platform where reps can get to content quickly and choose what they want to share verses needing to go through each slide every time to present makes a huge difference.

The analytics of Tiled are its strongest case against similar alternatives, which would be advanced PDFs and organized websites.  It makes it so much easier for the sales team to know what their prospects care about and helps them anticipate questions before meeting.

The entire design process has to take place outside of Tiled in a third party app, like Adobe Illustrator.

Tiled provides a beautiful presentation that also flows very well. The analytical tools are also very helpful. It is also easy to update and receive updated version of each micro app.

I use Tiled as a replacement for business cards in my work. I find it to be far more effective as it establishes a baseline of contact for the customer. The micro apps provide the customer with an initial insight into my business that is easy to access and understand. I love that I can track their activity in the apps so I know how to tailor my conversation s with them. 

**What do you dislike about Tiled?**

The navigation within the micro apps within the Tiled app itself is a little rough. The interface within the app itself could be more streamlined.
