What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are providing timely and accessible information to our Associates during a critical time. Our coworkers are able to understand company policies during COVID-19 and access that information whenever and wherever. We are able to also update that information, keep the same link, and capture those Associates that are visiting the microapp for information. What do you like best?

One of my favorite features of tiled is the ability to push an update to the presentations remotely. Our coaches travel with these presentations and when they need an update it is so simple for us to make the changes they need, and simple for them to refresh the presentation. We have been able to create amazing, visually striking and interactive presentations with Tiled that we weren't able to create before, and that comes in handy especially when trying to impress 18 year old football recruits. What do you dislike?

I wish that on the back end of tiled there was an easier way to organize the assets. It would be incredible to have galleries within the gallery, so we could put all the assets for a single slide into one spot and we didn't have to continue to scroll all the way down and look super hard for the asset we are trying to upload. I also wish that when using the "leave behind" feature that there was a way to just send a single page of the presentation as opposed to the entire thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are solving the problem of not having updated and easy to use presentations for coaches when they travel and recruit. The benefit of having something so easily updatable is huge for us, and even bigger for our coaches. What do you like best?

My use case for Tiled was to develop some product simulations for training purposes. It was awesome to plug it right into the elarning content we created and on day 1 new hires could get there hands on a version of our product that they couldn't break. What do you dislike?

Our team has struggled to get the needed data in how customers are using the Tiled apps in a consistent and reliable way. The Tiled team has worked really hard to remedy this, but it has taken longer than we all thought and required more work on our end than initially expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As mentioned above, the primary problem is having new employees actually get in and see how our product works. It is highly technical and getting them into a demo environment gets complicated real quick. Tiled allows us to control that environment, and allow them to click through and simulate the use without complicated coding or backend development. What do you like best?

The many different options in which you can make the content interactive. Videos, scrolling, galleries, etc, they have thought of almost every need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Their interface is still a work in progress in terms of shortcuts, and accelerating the completion of work. Being able to add multiple images to a gallery at once, or mask images or videos directly in the tool would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

VERSIONING - this has always been our biggest issue. Our sales team was using content that was way out of date before Tiled. Now marketing controls everything that they use.

Another great benefit is being able to have single links for them that they can bookmark and always go back to. As our content is updated, we don't have to worry about providing them new content, it just gets updated in the microapp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

I'd like the scroll functionality to have a static scroll bar, instead of having to add visual assets to indicate the need to scroll. I don't like that it does not integrate with Canva, adding a lot of extra work as the majority of our designs are created in Canva. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

As a designer in a small creative team, it has been monumental to move as fast as we can design to create useful experiences for all aspects of our business. From training to incentives, we've been able to create microapps that excite and motive almost in real-time without the drag-out time of development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Our biggest gripe/feedback we get from users we are creating presentations or microapps for is that they are needing an offline version that they can access without internet. Many of our users share and use microapps as presentations on their desktops and are using the sharing link and do not have either adequate internet speed or don't have internet access. They are not app users. Aside from that, the cost is a bit higher which requires almost quarterly reports on activity and takes time to defend the need to those paying the bills. With other platforms getting closer and closer to providing interactive solutions close to what Tiled offers, it's getting harder and harder to defend the higher premium cost. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our company isn't huge by any means (700+ employees) but with 6 different office locations and field operators in 48 states, it's always been a challenge to disseminate information quickly and in a way that catches attention as well as uniformly. Tiled has allowed us to create and pivot quickly to make experiences that employees enjoy and want to share. Also the ability to notify on mobile devices has allowed us capture attention immediately. What do you like best?

The primary use case for Tiled on my team (Sales Leadership Enablement) is to create engaging and interactive internal content for our sales leaders to continue developing their managerial and leadership skills. We use it to create playbooks that define what good looks like around certain skills and processes.

The benefit the Tiled platform provides for us is that it creates another avenue for our sales leaders to take on content. We have written content, video content, and on-demand courses, but now we also have content served up through Tiled that allows end users to quickly navigate directly to what they are interested in, within the larger playbook topic. What do you like best?

As this is my first experience with using Tiled, I have been pleasantly surprised at the ease of use and the professional results that even I can create!  It transformers the customer experience to be more engaging, interactive, intuitive, and visually appealing.  Tiled has also revolutionized the way we build out customer facing community spaces.  Typically a user with little to no HTML experience would trudge along making some effort to put together a very simple HTML page, or some sort of deliverable, or attempt to put something together in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe XD in hopes of making it look nice and professional in the long run....all of this not being a graphic design or marketing professional. I was absolutely thrilled with finding out that we can embed a Tiled experience within our internal Community Space (typically HTML supported). Total game changer that I can manage and produce and make the customer experience high on industry standards. Our customers are inundated with Google Docs, thrown together newsletters using Gmail or whatever free options they can find, and pushing them to stagnant community spaces. Tiled has allowed us to create a consistent customer experience with newsletters no matter what team the client works with and whatever skill the user may have. Tiled allows us to be thoughtful and deliberate with delivering content and experiences with our clients. This product is something we have needed for years to take our customer experience to the next level! Tiled gives us the ability to create and publish any content, multimedia, presentations, and more to thousands of our internal team as well as the ability to publish to customers. The ability for our team to track and view shared user interactions is invaluable. Without having to go through a development team we can create dynamic content quickly and easily, and make updates. What do you like best?

Presentation is key when doing B2B sales. While recruiting businesses I use Tiled to impress companies with what we do and that we do it well. I love how professional it looks and how easy it is to brand it the right way. You can show a lot of information but make it intuitive and interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

So far everything has been great. We havent been using it long enough to find something we don't like but for the little experience I do have it definitely is nice having someone that already knows it really well. What do you like best?

Tiled allows me to present our product in an organized and clear manner. When i use tiled i sell more! It takes a lot of the work load off of me and builds confidence with my customers on its own. What do you like best?

The best part is there is no lag in our presentations. We are able to move without having to wait for pages to load on BOTH computers. The customers are also able to click on the screen which makes it easier for us when they have questions for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Use it. It is fantastic. It makes my job so much easier. I am using it over the phone, and it makes it seem more real and personable. Customers are also able to receive the presentation afterwards so they can view it whenever they want. They seem to be very pleased with that when I tell them I am going to send it to them. If anyone is considering Tiled over another company, that company better be perfect if you are going to go with them over this one. What do you like best?

The UI is very intuitive and the support from the Tiled team has been phenomenal. Honestly, as good as the product is, the customer support has been even better. They went above and beyond to help us get a sales enablement presentation quickly launched in Tiled. I wish there was more content creation capability in-product, rather than having to import an existing asset. It's nice to be able to use the creative solutions i'm familiar with, but sometimes it would be nice to just be able to make quick updates in Tiled, rather than have to go back out to a different program.
