Ticomix helped us to customize our SugarCRM instance.

**What do you like best about Ticomix?**

Our scope was always understood and executed, tested in a timely manner. We received the results that we expected for each customization we went to Ticomix with.

**What do you dislike about Ticomix?**

We worked with a developer who questioned the way we worked, rather than accepting the work with executing. He always delivered, but wouldn't take our requests and run with them without giving us his opinion.
