Tickvio is an email and web countdown timer platform built in San Francisco. It helps e-commerce brands, agencies, SaaS companies, and email marketers add real-time urgency to campaigns — without developers or complex integrations. Tickvio's visual editor lets you design animated GIF countdown timers and embed them in any email with a single image URL. It supports four timer types: fixed-date for launches and flash sales, evergreen timers that start a personal countdown per recipient, recurring timers that reset on a schedule, and dynamic timers driven by ESP merge tags. The same timers also work on websites, Shopify stores, and landing pages. Tickvio integrates with 20+ ESPs including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a native Klaviyo OAuth integration for auto-syncing. Key capabilities include a full analytics dashboard with view and click tracking, custom font uploads, 40+ language support, configurable expiry actions (custom messages, images, or URL redirects when timers hit zero), and edge-rendered GIFs that load in under 50ms. The free plan includes 20,000 monthly views and 3 timers with no credit card required. Paid plans start at $7/month with overage billing so timers never stop working.

**What problems is Tickvio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tickvio solves the problem of static, lifeless emails that fail to drive urgency. Before using it, our campaigns relied on plain text deadlines that customers easily ignored. Now we can drop in real-time animated countdown timers that actually count down when the email is opened, which has made a noticeable difference in click-through and conversions on time-sensitive promos and abandoned cart flows.
