**What do you like best about Ticksy?**

Smooth and reliable operation. It is an excellent service with super affordability. One doesn't need to setup up a webpage for helpdesk or support for customers.

**What do you dislike about Ticksy?**

Ticksy should allow more customization to its users. Significantly, the website url, which contains the whole ticksy.com. Should be reduced or replaced by customer's domain.

**What problems is Ticksy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Site visitors usually have queries that need to be addressed by the website. Ticksy is an adequate replacement for helpdesk staff. The fee is very affordable and is nothing compared to hiring support or helpdesk staff.
