## About Ticket Booth
Changing the game for season ticket holders. Ticket Booth, A Centralized, simplified web based solution for season ticket management. Season Ticket Management is complicated. From high volume of tickets to distribute, tracking ticket usage and trying to understand a ROI associated with the tickets – a compressive approach, with dedicated resources is often needed. Yet, many times season ticket management becomes someone’s other duties as assigned. With Ticket Booth we round out the ticket management process thru software and ticket industry expertise.

**What do you like best about Ticket Booth?**

Ticket Booth has turned what used to be multiple spreadsheets and headaches into an easy automated system that's already saved us hours of manuel updating. The system UI is intuitive and extremely easy to use, letting me quickly approve requests, allocate tickets, and track their usage. Everything is in one place, so I don't have to mess with spreadsheets or worry about losing track of tickets. And the learning curve is low so it doesn't require tons of training time for anyone to learn how to use it. 

The other thing we love about Ticket Booth is that it provides real-time reports on how our tickets are used, making it easy for me to see what's working and what's not. The dedicated account managers are always ready to help without any call center hassle. By preventing wasted tickets and manuel updating, as well as offering lower reseller fees, TB has already paid for itself.

**What do you dislike about Ticket Booth?**

I honestly just wish it was around five years ago. We have not had any problems with Ticket Booth yet.

**What problems is Ticket Booth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main things it has solved is seeing all of our Seasoned Tickets at a high level, being able to manage them in real time without spreadsheets, and automating when somebody uses a ticket. You don't have to manually update it. It's all done inside of the system.
